Moulding Room
TruDesign have 24 injection moulding machines ranging in size from 22 tonnes to 400 tonnes. This combined with our Class A annealing facility ensures mould quality and cycle time are maximised for your product.
Each moulding cycle is monitored, recorded and checked against specification. With sub assembly capabilities we can part assemble components as required.
Tool Making
TruDesign’s on site tool making shop offers CNC machining, spark eroding and die maintenance.
With moulding performed on-site, different materials can easily be trialled, significantly reducing turnaround to finished product design.
Design Process
TruDesign has a collaborative approach and a commitment to the customer, our vision is to ensure high quality moulding, better future designs and continual product & process improvement.
TruDesign’s in-house design facility can design and proto-type products before committing to expensive tooling. With 3D printing capability prototypes can be easily checked for look, fit and size.
